Positive: The place was absolutely spotless when we arrived, it has everything you need. Really safe and quiet area. Beds are comfortable and plenty of space.

Positive: Comfortable, quiet & safe location with excellent parking. Appreciated the washing machine & dryer. Waking distance to the Gulch which is the start of the music vibe in Nashville and borderline downtown.
Negative: TV wouldn’t move beyond the most basic tv channels. A few initial issues though promptly and fairly resolved by host.

Positive: Peaceful location but still close enough to the city to walk in. Downtown Nashville is pretty full on, so having a bit of your own space and being close to a park in a quiet neighbourhood is a real bonus.

Nice spacious place
Positive: Comfy bed, spacious, quiet.
Negative: Could have been cleaner. Location was a little far out, we either walked or Uber.
