Between 12S and the Gulch with free parking

Nice place ,good location but ,needed a bit of TLC Positive: Good location , beds comfortable, good facilities, quite location Negative: Bit further than 1 mile to downtown, a few areas needed cleaning, needed a bit more lighting outside when coming back at night as ground very uneven

Absolutely satisfied with everything! Positive: Absolutely love to the property. The location was perfect. Everyone we met. There was very kind and helpful and I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Heerlijke week bij Belmont Kings Positive: Locatie was geweldig. Binnen 10 minuten met een uber downtown. Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima bedden, goede badkamer faciliteiten evenals de keuken volledig van alles voorzien. Erg fijn dat koffie/thee/ vaatwastabletten voorzien waren om te gebruiken. Heerlijke rustige omgeving om je terug te kunnen trekken na drukke dag in de stad. Nashville ook een geweldige stad om te beleven. Negative: Voordeur was moeilijk te sluiten en ramen gingen niet makkelijk open. Veel spinnenweb aan andere kant raam dus daarom ramen maar dicht gelaten om geen ongedierte binnen te krijgen.

Positive: The place was absolutely spotless when we arrived, it has everything you need. Really safe and quiet area. Beds are comfortable and plenty of space. Can’t fault this place!

Positive: Comfortable, quiet & safe location with excellent parking. Appreciated the washing machine & dryer. Waking distance to the Gulch which is the start of the music vibe in Nashville and borderline downtown. Negative: TV wouldn’t move beyond the most basic tv channels. A few initial issues though promptly and fairly resolved by host.
